Ravella is the semblance of La Belle Dame Sans Merci, the Maiden who loved Death, the maiden who was Death. Love spurned, rejected and unrequited in all its varied forms.

In her true Aspect, she appears as a scaled nymph, with branches growing out of her head like stag's horns.

"Swift beating on his breast in sibylline frenzy blind
Because the heart in his blood-sodden breast had
dragged him down into mankind,"

Ravanth-nor (Anor) is the Ravenous Devourer, the Beast that Bays in Nightmares. His Aspect is that of a monstrous armour plated wolf the height of a man reeking of decay.

"And a Shape that moveth murkily
In mirrors of ice and night,
Hath blanched with fear all beasts and birds,
As death and a shock of evil words
Blast a man's hair with white."

Amaranth is a form of the Morrigan, The woman who spills blood to turn the sun, The Lady of the Second Hour, the Lady of Winter Light
(Morrigan One of a triad of Goddesses known collectively as the Ladies. The Morrigan is Goddess of war, death, destruction. She has also been known as the Morrigu or Morgana in her time as is a symbol of all women who are compelled to fight. Legend tells that Morrigan then husband Daghda died at the hands of the giants and after pulling the spear that killed him from lifeless body she struck bloody vengeance upon her foes. Daghda was later brought back to life by the Cauldron of Plenty but by law of the Tuatha de Danaan Mor Morrigan rigu and Daghda were no longer considered to be married. Being a widow of sorts, the Morrigan Goddess is also considered to be the aspect of the Crone in the three however when seen in human form she is usually portrayed as a strong and commanding middle aged woman. Morrigan has been known to appear over the fury of the battle as a hooded crow, but sometimes ran wild among the fighting in the guise of a wolf. In her own battle, she is one of the deities who drove the Fomori out of Nastrond forever.)

When in her true Aspect, she appears as a four armed naga adorned with skulls with a pair of raven wings growing from her waist. Two ravens flit from her shoulders to bring her news. (ala Odin)

"There is never a crack in the ivory tower
Or a hinge to groan in the house of gold
Or a leaf of the rose in the wind to wither
And she grows young as the world grows old.
A Woman clothed with the sun returning
to clothe the sun when the sun is cold."
